Well, I finally gave up and bought a 1.8 prime focus dish, now since nov we have enjoyed 24/7 FTA........untill yesterday morning when I have the ever familiar no signal being recieved! I have re-booted, using 12.207, 11.778 and 12.051 but nothing is happening, checked cables, no bugs in LNB...

Well, I finally gave in and called the experts in! they put a spectrum analyser on the set up, tweaked the dish very slightly and.......it got worse, I lost any sign of ITV even channel Islands, they tried a different LNB which made no difference, they were talking about trying a Blueline Lnb...

Just a quick update on my earlier post.. I think Mike4t has a point? We had severe winds down in Murcia on Sunday and whilst searching through channels I got a clear picture on BBC! and a slightly blocky picture on ITV! neither of which I have ever got. I set the details for Channel Islands...

Well, the Pace 2600 has arrived, connected up.....and no diffrence whatsoever! apart from lightblue background colour and faster channel changing. so whats next????? Neil

Following my earlier post, I apologise to any Royal Mail employees watching! My Pace 2600C1 has just arrived. Its plugged in and set to default transponder 12207, and I can still only the same chanels as I could with the Grundig?? So I guess its back up to the roof and do some tweaking.

I realise there are 3 beams on EB1, looking at the beam info on kingofsat, it shows the steerable1 beam covering my area of spain with 85cm dish, I have 1.3m and cant get those chanels, could it be an alignment issue? I'm after Pop, Tiny Pop for the kids, as they are sick of spanish TV. I get...

The only downfall I can see, is that as the US don't use scart, if the model is a dedicated US one, then it might not have any scart sockets, I guess check spec on manufacturers website. Have a good holiday though. cheers, Neil

Just to confrm a few details, I have 3 neighbours within 1km of my house all using 1.2m ofset dishes (1.3m vertical dimension), all using Pace DS430n boxes and are all recieving BBC and ITV channels. The detail I don't know is which brand of LNB they are using, and what skew/focal length...
