I have recently purchased a new SKY+ v2 box and fitted it myself, I live in Norway and when I phoned SKY to get my card married to the new box and activate SKY+ features, I had no problems from SKY. I didn't use any special phone or dialling system, just dialled on my home phone (in Norway)...
