Anyone got any ideas to help a poor newbie??

Hi Guys, Finally got this on to my DM500s but have one slight issue. If I scroll through the channels using the channel up button, when I get to the first placeholder after 101 (where channel 117 would be) it goes all the way back to the first placeholder in the list before BBC 101. Any ideas...
