You will need min 90cm dish in Dubrovnik so it is really better to buy it there. It cost around 20 pounds

Yes you are right for NDS, but these channels still works in seca 2, but if you scan them again you will see only NDS. These ecm pids are hidden and you have to put them manualy but I don't know how to do that. I saw on Croatian Forum today that some guys can still watch it.
