I have rolls of CT100 and WF100 in my garage, all sealed still, never seen the light of day! I will be using that.

I thought that might be the case. I think I will stick with the 1m and if necessary use a fixed 1.2m in a more secluded location away from prying eyes.

Thanks. I know that petalised are less efficient but what about solid dishes and their general performance. It seems Gibby and Raven/CM come top but I was wondering how much better they are and are they worth the extra £££s?

Thanks for all the helpful replies. I am only worried about the noise at night when/if the wind shakes the dish. The motor noise isn't a concern but out of respect for my neighbours I will not be rotating the dish after 23:00. TBH I am in bed at 22:00 most nights!
