Thanks for that. I ended up fitting a 2200uF 16volt electrolytic capacitor. Couldn't get hold of a 10 volt version. 80p total outlay. (+ 4 miles fuel and a total of 1 hour for travel and fitting!) Amazingly it darn well did the trick! Thanks guys - this thread heas definitely helped the...
