Just downgraded to September firware and now fine on BBCHD. So what has changed wiyth BBC HD since last week to upset the January firmware? I am happy, no restarts whilst wathching World Cup:)

My Passion plus has started to inexplicably restart when I am watching HD channels, no problem on SD channels. Started on Saturday whilst watching BBC HD, watch for about 45 mins then the loader kicks in. I have not noticed it as much on ITV1 HD. I am at latest firmware, and it has been solid...

I expect they have shifted again, does anyone have any idea where? My original settings have just gone black screen, looked at a channel listing dated this month, which had new settings, but when put in they are also blank. Has anyone had any luck finding them?:confused:

I am having problems recording from EPG. Everytime I do, the box appears to crash and it states no audio or picture. I have to switch off and on, and there is no recording file. Have recorded ok manually, and hard drive is formatted from the box to FAT32, anyone got any ideas. Hard drive is...

Thanks Ratchet, changed the 7 day EPG to No in other settings and all is ok now.

Has anybody got Sky Sports News and Channel 4 HD on the Passion. I have read other threads that suggest you can get a Freesat Skycard, but where do you get a reader from, the CI slots are empty so I assume you have to get a CAM from somewhere.

Just picked up that you got back your picture in EPG, mine dissapeared when I upgraded, I just get a Fortec Star banner now. Do you suggest I reload again?
