Diablo light cam problem!
Just got a Cas3+ and Diablo light cam.. I watch LUXE TV (138E,Freq=12354,SR=43000) is working,watch DreamTV (146E,Freq=12301,SR=25600) is working too,but watch HKC cable (138E,Freq=12598,SR=43000) not work ,the picture have "MOSAIC",I do not know why?Any help would be really appreciated .
