I discovered a signal in KA band C here. According to my sensors it is at 44.5° West. Unfortunately, no information is included and there is no satellite listed at this position in the HVDH list. The signal is currently inclined by 0.5°.
I would be nice if s-Band or John could check this out.

I have now aligned it with 52.5 West and 36.0 West and it looks like WGS 3 at 42.8° West. I ask you to check this again.

WGS-3 inclination should be hardly noticeable, it went down from 0.35° to 0.15° since arriving at 42.8°W (coming from 24.0°E).
