How did no-one think of this before!
It makes total sense this could have been a test with the old HotBird 13E at 12.8°E.
Indeed the (now empty) transponders peak about 0.2° to the West for me, compared with 12597V and 12692H from 13.0°E.
HotBird 13E also has just one wide beam, during the test they may have skewed it to the East gradually.
The beam at the West side has a rather sharp edge.
Maybe others with a larger dish can try to pinpoint better than me.

Kinda tempted to agree given that I just threw a small dish at 13e and got decent reception on the Vivacom TPs vs the rest, I'd say I was aligned a bit more towards 12.8-9 degrees than 13e.

The evaluation transponder tests for Eumetsat have been switched on and should last a few weeks. Both should be on Hotbird 13G.

12616 H, 12635 V, 12673 V and 12713 V back on.
12654 H not active!
Very strong signal!
EDIT: 12654 H also active now!

All channels with EPG now!
The channels which were on 12654 H are on other frequencies now.
As an example City TV was on 12654 H but is on 12635 V now and so on.

In the late morning the transponders 95,96,97,98 and 100 were turned off. A few hours later they were turned back on, containing the Vivacom channels again, with the complete tables of all the parameters including the EPG.

@solly,
it's too early to evaluate which satellite they are emitted on, I still need a few hours..

@rodscha,
no, they are not empty... there are 223 services (159 TV, 60 Radio and 4 Data).

All channels are back and FTA.
Some channels which are FTA at 13 E and 45 E are encrypted at 1,9.E.

I hope to be wrong, but I don't understand WHO put a "super" beam for HB 13G in Flysat. There is no other beam, just only "wide" beam (official by Eutelsat). I repeat, I hope to be wrong.

Lyngsat had them on 13 F with a super beam last time the package was up.

Yes, as well, but I was referring to 13G. There is no official multi beams. Not because some TXPs are stronger or not it's due to a double beam ! Remember that many operators use signal phase (electronic ways to transmit) to give a "shape" to their footprint (as BBC/SKY UK on 28.2E). If you could analyze all the TXPs from any side of Europe, most of them have the same levels and footprints, while others have different results.

The only thing I know for sure is I'm definitely not the man to tell if there are more than one beam on 13 F/G. Maybe the future will tell...

From checking the spectra of the last few hours, it appears that they come from 13F.
