2 trps on Astra 2A or Eut 28A?

For this transponder I used 1.5 m antenna.If I compare with 12522 V,the same packet, the signal is weaker by 3-4 dB.I think 11580 H is from South spot.
Here is what signal I have on 12522 V at this time.

There is no South Spot on the Astra 2E & 2F satellites
just the UK spot beam,
& this European wide beam.

It also crossed my mind if this was an S2 beam, which is why I was curious how the signal was in Romania.

Signal here in South Bucks on the 60cm is now fluctuating slowly between 55% and 60% but that could be due to local heavy clouds.

Still no lock on the Sky zone 1 dish.

After the map is as you say, but if it were on Wide spot then signal should be higher.At least I expected more.But of course that our expectations should be more realistic

I did a test on this transponder with 1.1 m dish.I managed to lock the signal on 11580 H.

If you use the right uplink frequency, any symbolrate is possible, as long as it's within the transponder bandwidth. ;)
I'm trying to calculate where this odd frequency (think it's closer to 11579 MHz) can come from, but can't find info on the uplink frequency for Astra 2F 12522H.

11580 H could be on reduced power ? if it does come from 28.6 east E28A
Signal definitely stronger @ 28.6 east here on my 2 motorised systems.

Tried the 88cm dish @ 28.2 east getting a signal but no channels move the dish to 28.6 east & the channels can be viewed,

45 cm mini dish nothing on this frequency,
60 cm region-2 mini dish nothing on this frequency,

Getting 75% Quality on 28.5 transponders & 95% Quality on 28.2 transponders with TM5402HD M2 with fixed dish set up's.

11.579H 22.000 is 13dB here with a 125cm dish, so stronger than both UK spots, but weaker than the 2E/2F West-Europe beams.... much weaker than the E28A 11450-11700 signals as well.

Signal now up to 68% on the 60cm dish, up from %57 earlier this morning. Still no lock on the Sky zone 1 dish.

This is now the same strength as 11222H (which was the weakest transponder for me).

There is another active transponder 11.171H - I cannot get a lock on that one though, blindscan isnt getting anything either. Signal level is a about as high as 2F spots.

timo_w2s, indeed the signal is going up gradually. 12.0 dB now, at noon it was 9.5 dB.
11222H is 12.7 dB, from same direction, and also for me the weakest transponder of 28 East.

@Pietclock, I don't have that peak around 11170H at all!

And almost locking on the Sky zone 1 dish too.
