Something going on with 12401 V and 12421 H, fluctuating signal and no lock. Swapping over to 1N in the middle of the day ???



Edit: Now locking again but lower power than before.


Edit #2: Power back to normal levels so probably not 1N yet.

I think Sky news and Sky sports 2 are now broadcasting on Astra 1N as I said a transport stream of 07ea relates to a TID of 2026 this is Astra 1n according to KOS

Well as per my post i dont get 11.171 so the SKY NEWS that came back at 10.50 GMT is not on that can you recheck again and see what transport stream is now
(sky sports 2 is still there)

Power drop noticeable here also, just gone from 93% to 84% on my TM6800.

Now dropped even further to ~72% and fluctuating slightly.

i smell cock-ip,they switched off wrong SKY NEWS....someone said IRN use dedicated boxes for news here,and they would have to be retuned...plus cable feeds in ireland etc...its the last one that i would move. i have added 12207 in the ADD channels,so can double check if it happens again..

11171 H is not active at the moment. There is a low S/R test 6Mhz away at 11165 H 1000 5/6

The weird thing is I can't get that either on my TM6900.

11.127V is 90% quality and the other satellites are usually around 75-80%.

Kof SAT say that some PID changes to Sky DIGITAL on EUROBIRD.you would have to do these ahead of changes to ASTRA ,as SES dont control it

12.401V NO SIGNAL -as per normal in TENERIFE
12.421H working OK - as per normal in TENERIFE

Not sure what happened there, the signal loss / fluctuation only lasted a couple of minutes. The signal levels returned to normal so no swap yet. These are prime candidates for going over to 1N so whatever went on was probably related to a potential move to 1N soon.
