Only in geo orbit, the speed of the satellites (or any other object) is exactly the amount to do 1 revolution per day, and at the same time that speed produces exactly as much centrifugal force to cancel out gravitation.

Any satellite that has a semi major axis of 42,164 km will do 1 rev per every 1436 minute irrespective of whether it is in geo orbit or not. The orbit could be inclined or highly elliptical.

but he missing 11740 V 27500 qpsk 2/3 that I have (13dB )
