@MrDish1 The first thing to do is to install Crazyscan and do the change to streamreader.ini. Unless anyone knows otherwise, I think the TBS 5927 that you have has the ST chipset that will go below 950MHz. I can't see any DVB from Eh2 on Ku but some BADR are fine.
Once you've done that, peak the system on something (anything) on 26E. It may need a tweak later but that is a start.
To see what's active look at this web sdr:
QO-100 / Es'hail-2 Wideband Spectrum Monitor This is how it was when I was looking:
Scan as shown in this screenshot:
It should find the beacon easily. Peak the antenna.
Note that CS hardly ever finds the narrower signals using a blind scan sweep. With a lot of patience you can sometime get down to 125ks/s manually but you must force the default minimum sample rate to a lower figure e.g. 100ks/s. Look at the frequency and symbol rate on the web SDR for guidance. Sometimes it's possible to lock by disabling blind scan on the carrier search window but it's a pain.
I was using an Octagon OSLO fitted with a TCXO and with the probe optimised for 10.5GHz on a 1.5m dish looking through a tree.
