Just spent over half an hour in a queue to change my Tariff with Scottish Power.
They try to get you to do everything Online so don't have many Staff manning the phones.
The trouble is, the Online system often fails miserably, so you are obliged to phone them anyway!
Anyone else had trouble with Customer Service?
PS: I Posted this as I continue to wait ............................. 38 minutes so far.
