12657 H is 7 dB high, that is much stronger than the 2 db tests in 10.95...11.2 & 11.45...11.7 GHz.
Would 12.5...12.75 be the European beam then?

10980 H,also signal strong.I have every reason to believe, as @hvdh, the beam is European.

It is interesting news for me, about European beam. Because for me they test again the same TPs third time in circle :) I didn't understood, but now I see why :)

Accordingly to the freq plan, 10950-11200, 11450-11700 and 12500-12750 V+H can be used in Fixed1, Fixed2 or Stearable1/2 beams. So three beams = three tests in circle.

Tests on Express AM6 are only on a single carrier and not on more ,as it happened on other satellites.For this reason the signal has a short life on every carrier tested.

The frequency plan says, a transponder can be assigned to differents beams, so that may explain the same transponders today, with different strength.
Edit: tempo has read my thoughts and types quicker!

Using my TM1500CI Super+ to find test carriers @ 51 east via the blind scan

One transponder found 10852 V (DVB-S only on this receiver)

This was only active for about 5 min showing as a Red Quality Signal of 60%
