Rocket "Proton" and the upper stage "Briz-M" developed and commercially produced FSUE "State Research and Production Space Center of MV Khrunichev. " Upgraded "Proton-M", equipped with the upper stage "Breeze-M", is able to deliver to geosynchronous transfer orbit a payload of more than 6 tons.
This is the sixth in 2014 with the launch of a space rocket "Proton", and 399 th in the history of its use.

There is an info on Russian space forum that current transfer orbit isn't precise (differencies in apogee and elevation), so small part of xenon ("fuel" for correction engines) could be used for orbit correction. Anyway the situation is not critical.
Electric propulsion system of Express-AM6 used only for slow moving (about 3 monthes) from transfer to geostationary orbit. It has low power and can't be used for orbit correction purposes.

The other European beam is much tighter from AM-6 & the steerable beam is the same on AM6 as AM22 focused over the part of Middle East & Pakistan.
