Is that the same location as sky? Have got freeview thinking about it for fta, any ideas about unscrambling. That was the idea behind getting this receiver, i was told that once plugged into my internet it would auto unscramble but i guess the guy hasnt put the right server numbers in and i have no idea which website to go on to get them.

Forget server details. You need to set up the dish first for the required satellite (what ever that may be).

Not sure i have got a freeview built into the tv for that, do you get more fta on the dish?

Just read a piece about my receiver and it is supposed to be plug and play but that aint happened, am still on 19.2e with very few english speaking channels, now i need to suss out how to unscramble any ideas?

Plug the receiver into your broadband router and sort the networking out on it.

BTW - these baxes are plug and pray not plug and play

You probably have to scan them in, unless it was already set up, but it also depends on which packages were promised, as you're on 19.2E I'm guessing canal digitaal was one, but there could be others, check here:

Networking can be a royal pita at times, but basically you need to ensure the box has a unique ip number and is on the same subnet mask as the rest of the network.
