Danny,
As others have said because of satellite and transponder moves the range of channels you will receive has changed.
I assume you are using a Sky box with FreesatfromSky card. The reception of 2E and 2F UK spot beams here is variable. At certain times of day you may receive 10053H (various ITVs), 10803 H (BBC1 on 958 and BBC2 on 970) and 10964 H (Channel 5 bouquet on EPG). Also, if you do have a FreesatfromSky card then you should be able to tune in Channel 4 on 12480 V which should work 24/7. If you have a Sky box and are unsure how to use the Add Channels feature (which you will need to add different ITVs and Channel 4) then just let us know.
If you are using a generic FTA box then it might be worth deleting all the channels and doing a new blind search to make sure you are looking at all the TPs you can receive. The signal is normally best in the morning around 8 am.
I have been speaking to a local satellite installer who told me he has had variable success "tweaking" big dishes originally installed in the 2D days. He has had very limited success with the 2.4m Channel Master offset dishes, but implied some other types have worked out better. It may be worth getting the comunidad president to get a professional in to assess the current installation and see what can be done. If you are allowed your own dish, then you might find the information at the following link to be of interest ...
