1.5m IRTE PF, Octagon OSLO external Ref., TBS6983,
Various L, S, C, X & Ka bits. 1.2m S/X/Ku/Ka Prodelin on Az-El (being refurbished)

The original thread is closed but here is the answer to:

The picture shows the mount on a Prodelin Ka band dish. The axes of the servo motor and the feed are aligned, hence the adjustments. These are the parts used:
I used a Polulu USB to pulse module to control the servo but you could use one of these:
servo tester | eBay but make sure it has a wide range.
The brackets, on the servo, either come with it or can be bought separately. Search: servo bracket robotics

No, the LNB is a WR75 type, the feed is in the ring and I use some Kapton and PTFE tape to make a smoother bearing. The other end is supported by the servo. It's not the most sophisticated arrangement but I've used it for several different Ka & Ku LNB/feed combinations.

what is kapton?! ,and do I understand correctly when I look at the picture, that the feedhorn and the lnb can rotate in its entirety ?!
Could you point out with an arrow what is rotating?
I am building an Egis here and then all info is welcome.
