The picture shows the mount on a Prodelin Ka band dish. The axes of the servo motor and the feed are aligned, hence the adjustments. These are the parts used:
I used a Polulu USB to pulse module to control the servo but you could use one of these:
servo tester | eBay but make sure it has a wide range.
The brackets, on the servo, either come with it or can be bought separately. Search: servo bracket robotics
