Yes this sure is cross-polar reception of TRT transponder 11958 V.
More chance of locking a cross-polar transponder with a big dish like yours!
You may even find two directions (for example towards 41.5° and 42.5°) where such signals are strongest.
This is normal behaviour of offset dishes.

I think so, apparently Greogian and such dishes have less of this phenomenon.
But if the LNB is aligned properly, the opposite polarisation is well suppressed exactly in the direction where the signal of the wanted polarisation is maximum.

Thanks again I will check back when I am happy with the alignment, ive not had the time to set it up accurately yet.

I don't scan here often and the two TP mentioned was coming in weaker than most, I will check later and see if I can get anymore from this beam.

I've done tests with three antennas at 42.0E:150 cm,110 cm and T90.You have here the reception report with these three sizes of antennas in my area, which I have to admit that is favorable for Türksat. So it's not my merit that I have good signal with all three of these antennas.

11021H is not too difficult to pull in here Martin with a Gibby 1.2, but depends on weather conditions as usual, although it's cloudy just now when I locked it.

Yes, 11014H comes in slightly stronger. I'll do a scan of other TPs on 3A in due course. Not really expecting a great deal, but who knows?

11014H about 9.8 dB here and Kyrgyzstan (ELTR) 9.0 dB. This newest ELTR frequency stronger than earlier 10957H was.

Hi -
I stand corrected here :) -- in the other thread last night, i said i had nothing from turksat east beams.
but indeed i can see those two -- just wondering now if its more evidence of blind spots with the c.m. feedhorn -(got the inverto l.n.b.,f on there now) -- or just me not being thorough last time i was on this sat:(.
