You can add any channel anywhere in the First bouquet, but make sure you remove the corresponding 'Place Holder Channel' to ensure that subsequent channel numbering remains correct.

yea did that... but could access it from bouquets, but if i type 373 it takes me to the place holder channel still... lol

You need to put the channel in the Frist Bouquet (SKY UK® 28.2°e by B16MCC©), in place of the 373 Place Holder Channel. It's no good just putting it in the Music Bouquet, you must put it in both. The first bouquet is the one that takes care of the channel number assignment.

hi b16mcc i have done a rescan tonight as i noticed a few channels going missing and i have got a lot of channels not in the bouquets now do you have an updated version?

HI mate, could you list them please ? The latest release is a scan from 5th april, it should be spot on with the recent changes. Also, when you scan, what is the total number of services found ? I'm currently showing 1182.

its around that number of channels found. could it be to do with needing to take the bouquets off before the scann?

it has listed around 20 various missing channels and sky active have all gone!

thinking aloud would it be best to take my inline amp out of the loop before scann?

Hi mate, I will endeavor to resolve the differences we have found however you must appreciate we are dealing with an exact art here. In order to sort this out I need to know ...
1. exactly how many services you get when you scan.
2. When you say 'missing' , what do you mean, missing from where ?
3. What channels do you have that I don't ?

With regard to question 3, my latest listing was put together using the Sly online EPG as a reference, and so if you disregard the Sly Box Office bouquet this listing is about 98% accurate, could you give me as much detail as possible please?

1143 services found, i am going to reinstall the bouquets now to see if any channels are missing.

ok put the bouquets and everything looks perfect again must of been a confliction on the rescan somewhere

i originaly did the rescan as espn hd was saying service not found pid at pat or something like that, unfortunately this is now the case again do you have any ideas on that one please?

Right mate, firstly, my scan shows 1182 services, so it seems you may have a few missing transponders perhaps.

As for ESPN HD it seems it may have moved. It shows several times in the 'Satellites' list and 2 of them give the Sid not found in pat message.
It seems the one on 12.342V 29500 3/4 with a SID of 3842 is the one that works.

I'll make this change for the next release of my bouquets. Thanks for pointing it out. Making a bouquet listing like this unfortunately will often suffer from issues like this , as channels get moved and changed all the time.

Fixed ESPN HD
Changed names of Sly Movies Screen 1 & 2
Changed names of Zone Movie channels
Added missing channel, BabyFirst
Started adding numbering to every channel so they appear in order in the main display pane. ( Not yet complete ).
Changed the panic button channel to a different BBC1 to avoid zapping problems.

Sports

Wierd ..
if you upload using Dreamedit - the list has both sets of numbers (channel no. & the bouqet number)
If you upload using dreamset, you don't get the bouquet number
