100% strength but 0% quality

My Satellite Setup
Falcon 250cm dish, c-band LNB, MediaCom MFT 910 PLUS DV3
My Location
Ghana
hi, mounted a 250cm dish a couple of days ago. a number of satellites are pre-programmed into the receiver and as i scan through them, many show up with 95-100% signal strength but 0% quality. turned the dish around a bit, but to no avail. i'm not using a motor. any help on what to do? thanks
 
You need to decide which satellite yo want to view, then use our dishpointer widget to get approximate orientation, set the receiver to a frequency on that satellite and then carefully and slowly align the dish until you get a signal and quality reading.
 
As you are in Ghana theres a limited number of satellites available to you so make sure you are searching for a satellite thats actually in range of your location.

According to your profile you are using a C-band lnb so remember you are limited to C-band transmissions.
