Afew days ago a new channel started at 12.5W. Thank to Hendrik for correct data.
But its frequency is 12752V2666 mpeg2 biss, yeah 12752, how is that possible? Is there any lnbs for higher than 12750GHz ? Can you lock it? Pls post all data like fec and modulation.
I was able to do it only with DVBDream entering 12750v2666.
Channel is Naynawa Alghad, i have posted a k#y at other forum but if you need it pm me.

Scans in ok here on 12752 and 12750 (ch-2) maybe is box is doing same as most including mine giving false information ?

I am no expert at this.Done a crazyscan of this the scan is at 12750 V The scanned frequency says 12751.949.
EDIT Just noticed what I said. For the record I am an expert at nothing.I take no responsibility for anything that I say.:)

It's not the LNB what's the problem, although produced to receive 10700-12750 (split in two), it should probably go a little further than that.
Your tuner must be capable of receiving above 2150 MHz (if using a standard Universal LNB with high-band LO of 10600 MHz).

Interesting one this! For me, CrazyScan reports the frequency as 12752.567 and locks it ok. Using DVBDream, it locks a signal at 12752V, but won't scan anything in, altering it to 12750V and it scans in fine. Wonder why they're transmitting out of normal frequency range?

I don't think Eutelsat will appreciate this out-of-band transmission.
The transponder is centered at 12732 MHz with 36 MHz bandwidth, so the nominal limit would be exactly at 12750 MHz.
So this transmission is using the upper slope of the transponder passband.

Edit: another possibility, the uplink (at about 14252 MHz) could be meant for the neighbouring uplink transponder.
If that is so, there should be a downlink signal on about 11452 V as well.

Somebody just reported that real frequency is 11W 10952V2666 and now it does make a sence... well sort of...
You know there is a feed for TVS Poland at 11w 11598H3333/3300 and sometimes it have a 'mirror' at 12.5W 12654H with low signal. I dont know how to explain it so i think some of our member do know why it happens. I dont think they just use 2 satellites at same time there must be some error somewhere..
Also you may remember when 12.5w feeds had a copy at 14.w 14W - Express AM8

Now another feed at 11W is active with 12.5W mirror(not correct my dish 11W position but you can see my point anyway):
