12v A/B changover wanted

Vintage Sat enthusiast!
My Satellite Setup
90cm Dish. Dual Lemon LNB for 13E/19E. Twin Output Lemon LNB for 28.8E.
Samsung 9500 with 'alternative' firmware.
Couple of DigiBoxes. Amateur Radio station. Going Bald with a patient wife!
My Location
Stoke on Trent, UK.
12v A/B relay/changeover wanted - I think Global made them - took the 12v output from your receiver and selected one of two inputs. Could do it DISECQ but already using that for 19.2/13E on a dual lnb.

Can you help - saves me having to swap cables for 28.8 every now and again and don't want a manual one.
