I'm having problems receving a couple of transponders - 11554V 30000 7/8 on 16.0E and 11426V 27500 2/3 on 28.5E, I can only recieve them if I change the lnb voltage from 13/18 to 14/19 but when I do this it cocks up my motor and it won't move to any other satellite so I have to reset my whole system to get it woking again. Does anyone know why this might be happening? what's the difference between the voltage settings and how does it affect what channels I receive?
:confused

The voltage changes polarity from Vertical at 13 to Horizontal at 18.
Do you have a DECT phone? If you do, try switching it off and removing the batteries from the handset.

The DECT frequency is 1880 to 1900 Khz, so can cause a conflict with some receivers or LNBs, as certain frequencies when downconverted to the required IF fall within that range.
