No problem here. What I can't get (and I don't know the reason why) is11544 V 14182 3/4 And 11564V 14535 3/4

Sure this has been asked before why are the Russian services on a footprint that isn't over Russia is it just space?

Probably for downlink for European countries that have Russian speakers; they’ve been sanctioned by lots of countries so they’ve been kicked off other satellites.
