i have just got underworld 170 and cant get anything except a message saying keys are expired please insert your card.
can you help please.
have got a diablo light with cas 3 and a manhattan 5500 reciever.
 
You have to turn Emulators ON in the Configuration folder.
Either use your receiver to enter the Cams Menu and then enter the following sub menus:
Underworld 170
Configuration
Turn Emulators to ON and if you're not using a subscription card change Emulators Priority to 1 Emu 2 Card.
You can also do this using your Cas 3, insert your Cam into the Cas 3, Start up the Cas Interface Studi software, click on the Utilities tab and the Common Interface Host icon.
 
i am having similar problem with my manhattan plaza st 500. on thor (1 west).cant get eurosport / digi film 1 / 2... TV 1000 and a few more ? keys have expired ??? but can get rest of digi package o.k...also cant see TPS WHEN I LAST LOADED CAM . UNDERWORLD 1.70. USING DABLO 2.3. CAS STUDIO 8.6C. ANY IDEAS PLEASE
 
TPS on Hotbird hasn't been available for some time and I think that package has now left 13E and is on 19E, I think it merged with another provider from memory.
The channels you have mentioned are part of Digi TV, are you sure you're opening any channels on the Dig TV package?

If you are then delete the channels and re-scan them in using the information in the link above.

If not check that you have the last working Key 01 (Key 96) installed.
Go into the Cams menu, using your receivers options, and then enter the following sub menus:
Underworld 170
Keys
List Keys Edit
Nagravision 2
Digi TV
Key 96

You can either manually update the keys or use an updated keys bin file, you load this using your Cas programmer and the Diablo software.

Download an updated keys bin file, for the Diablo Cam, you should be able to find one at the same place you got your Underworld file.

Insert your Cam into the Cas programmer and start up the Diablo software.
Click on the Cam File System tab and Connect.
In the lower left pane you should see the newly downloaded keys bin file.
Locate this, highlight it and click the green arrow pointing right.
Click yes to overwrite the old file and exit the program.
 
thanks mickha i have 1 channel(mtv music)on 19.2 but thats it i think sorry but is there any more advice you can give me
 
have you loaded the latest key bin to the cam as that should sort the problem
 
Which channels/satellites are you trying to open?
Currently with the Diablo 2.3, loaded with Underworld 170, you can open the following packages:
Canal Digitaal, 19.2E, but only the channels encrypted using Irdeto 2, check the link below:

thankyou mickha i have updated cam with keys through cas 3 and it gave me mtv music when i look at read file it says mtv l for 19.2 but all other keys for 1 west ect nothing else for 19.2?if i reinstall 170 and nothing else what is the channel that i should be on?sorry again mate
 
Try RTL 5 part of the Canal Digitaal package, you should also be able to open more music channels, on 19.2E, the ones encrypted using Conax.
Format your Cam before loading Underworld 170, then do not load anything else.
Turn Emulators ON in the configuration folder and change Emulators Priority to 1 Emu 2 Card.
There are 6 Conax encrypted music channels available on 11739 V 27500 and MTV Music on 11973 V 27500.
To format your Cam start up the Diablo Software, Click on the Cam Disk Functions tab and Format.
Then click back on the Upgrade Cam tab and load Underworld 170.
