Isn't that more or less a permanent carrier next to the main Newsnet feed on 18556? Always there when I check the feeds in the spectrum.

I notice VLC often picks up some transient audio on this carrier (clicks etc), but because it's a Continuous data stream as opposed to a Transport stream, we don't have the software available to read it, video or audio.
