Has anyone got any knowledge of the P****Card V3
does it work,are there working codes and if so can you
use an Elvis programmer.
Or should I subscribe to S*Y.

Yes they do work, they are very expensive and many people have caught a cold with attempting to purchase them. It is not guaranteed as to how long they will function, the VR2 cards are now at the end of their lifespan and some people have only had them for a few months.

If you want guaranteed, legitimate telivision, then go for the Sky option.
