2.10 & 2.11 dead ?

i have a similar problem with my strong evo 4355
2.10 works - 2.11 loaded and nothing my reciever says no cam installed and the "card loaded light does not come on" i wonder if 2.11 changes the way the card operates ?? :confused:
 
no problem here
used cas 2 programer and ran wizard
without any problems
origanly did not update if i loaded the file by itself but the
wizard deletes old firmware and then copies new
firmware
make sure you havent deleted the xling section of the cam
