My Satellite Setup
motorised 2.4mtr channel master pick up nile sat
My Location
westmidlands birmingham
wanted 2.4 satalite dish cash waiting or were could i find one please i live in birmingham would like to pick up nilesat and badr 6 please thanx:)

Might be persuaded to part with it for the right price
How much were you thinking of spending?
 
You wont get Badr 6 and you will probably struggle with the Nilesat 1xx H's. You can probably forget any channels on Nilesat 201 as well

Should get Badr 6 on a CM 2.4m. Do you remember the AD sports thread? The dish was in Berkshire and Rolf aligned it so he might be able to give a signal report... and also the guy in Swansea with a CM 2.4m can receive it too.
 
Not in the Midlands - the guy in Swansea CANT receive Badr 6.
 
Berkshire is a long way from Northants, if were talking about fringe satellite reception.

So is Spain. Anyone for a 55cm dish to receive Badr6?

garyg seems to have given up with satellite since he had to dismantle the big dish in the garden. Hes not been on the forum since November

Why was that?
 
We think someone objected and he got told to remove it pronto.
 
I did get badr 6 on a 2.4m Channel Master dish however the most signal i ever got was 60-70%,
on Admc sports on a dry day.I did try nilesat 201 however i had no signal.
 
Thanks for the update John - I'll try to remember next time someone asks about B6 :D

£600 can you email me some photos of dish and how long have you had it is it complete please thanx alot

Better still he can put the pics on the forum then EVERYONE can see them.
 
could you please post the photas of your 2.4 dish so i can see the over all condition please then we can talk
