my dish, got 13, 19.2 23.5 & 28.2 :)

Is that a homebrew bracket or a proprietary one?
 
Looks good, is that a Duo LNb also?
 
Is there anything good im missing by not having 23.5 east ?

For your 60cm Dish, mainly a large handful of Dutch Regional Channels.
