I suggest you use a 6 degree Monoblock LNB (Two heads in one unit).
Although designed for optimal performance with 80cm Dishes, they will work happily with a 60cm Dish in a strong signal area (like yours) and are easier to set up than two single LNBs on a bracket.
They may not work as well as they do on an 80cm dish, but they work well enough, expecially since both satellites are very strong in Europe and the UK.
I recently set up a 60cm with a 6 degree monobloc for 13 East and 7 East, centred on 7 East, it still gave a workable signal on Hotbird, but was nearly a degree out.
