Cant say here - the dish elevation needs nudging a tad to lock that one properly. Will have to do some adjustments when Ive got a few minutes and its not below zero all bloody day!

Will probably slew the dish round so the main focus is on 21.6E at the same time.

Theres a rather pleasant concert on Salahaddin atm - just a shame the vocals are low in the audio mix.

That resident evil film yesterday had the audio quite low but that must be down to some sub editor not sliding up the audio enough. Switched to eurosport after and blew the cobwebs out the speakers. I'm glad this thread i started has took off so well,long may it continue.

salahaddin tv seems fine for me however,
i've also have had a drop in signal but on Alrai Tv,
so i just thought i'd come on here to ask if anyone else had a drop in signal on Alrai Tv?

i mentioned in my above post that the signal had dropped,
but now theres no signal at all on alrai tv...oh well lol!

yea i just noticed that,
the double impact movie is on salahadin tv now too,
the signal for Alrai Tv seems to be back but the picture is breaking up a lot

Why is it that difficult to add the transponder parameters? The complete name is "MBC MASR FEED Main" as can be seen on your screen shot but that says 23,5E ;)

Yes I know it says 23.5E instead of 21.6E - cant be bothered to set a new satellite up on the box when the easy way of using the 23.5E lnb works just fine. Ive made no secret of the fact Im using the Astra 3B lnb for this - its clearly mentioned in one of my early posts in this thread.


When and if I get around to rigging a separate lnb up for 21 I'll set the rx up properly.

How about "Azal Satellite Channel" on 11691V, DVB-S, 1447, 3/4? It's not particular weak (14,5d but the SR could be a problem. Video is H.264

MBC MASR FEED seems to be on now,
some sort of tv show, with someone singing,
i've noticed on 7W theres a channed 'MBC MASR',
so you reckon the feed on 21.6 is the same as 7w?
