21.5e Unknown Arab Channel

I've just done a blind scan on this bird and its returned a channel on 11010 H 2170, can't see it on Flysat, Kingofsat or Lyngsat. No channel id comes in for me, logo is attached

Edit: I'am pretty confident this is not a feed

For one minute, saw a still of that logo, and of a building.
Gone now nevertheless! Feed after all?

Must of been, even though it shares the same symbol rate as 2 other transponders which transmit 24/7. Bare in mind they do keep chopping and changing what channels are on this satellite.
