seven antennas,one toroidal with 16 lnbs,
6 satellite receivers,2 Meters,9 PC cards(tbs6983,6903,6590,6504,6522,6209,2603,6909X,6903X,6902se,skystar hd2),2 tuners usb-tbs5927 & tbs5925,Skystar HD.

Here is a mux with multiple IP streams, but although it is free, it cannot be viewed because it is encapsulated. It manifests as a generic stream even though it is not of this type.

Interesting! Any indications as to what it might be?
 
MPE transfer demonstration
 
It is difficult to tell who and what content is being transmitted, but after the rare moments when voices are heard speaking in English, French, Chinese...Too bad we don't have a utility for such streams.
 
A longer recording would be great. I think I can almost make out the logo of M6, the French station, but it might just be my mind.

you try view saved MPE IP payload from TSReader or live retransmit IP paylod (multicast)?

Yes, I have seen (the word comes) every stream saving MPE IP payload using TSReader(v 2.8.56.a)

try VLC instead PotPlayer
 
I first tried to play these streams with VLC, but, as you can see, the result is the same as with PotPlayer.
I don't know if, on Windows, it is possible to play these streams in the clear; maybe it is. That's why I would ask other users to try because the signal of 10722 V, 30000,2/3,8PSK is strong and can be received in many parts of Europe. Who knows, maybe it can do what I couldn't.

Got it!
I have recorded few seconds of entire transport stream, then "decoded" with "dvb-ip-mpe2ts" and i got a clean file that i can play with VLC:

Very interesting. Looks like some kind of test from Eutelsat themselves. Maybe they're going to market it for cheaper feeds or something.

The channels on PID 1016 and 1015 are not visible (scrambled??) but the rest works fine (a little glitch every now and then)

I search this forum, is there somewhere a explanation on how to get and install dabstreamer?
The sentance above implies that everyone already has it installed or knows how.

Would anyone know what type of receiver/converter a ground station studio would use to capture these signals?
I am assuming that the ground station receiving these feeds from a satellite dish would have a receiver/converter connected to the dish LNB that transcodes the signal ready for use in the ownward flow?
