Welsh football is up on 11498V - 'Gigatel HD'. Booming signal.
 
'Arqiva SD Enc 6' on 11494H. No idea what it's for... Just an empty room at the moment.

Edit: Looks like some corporate presentation of some sort as they have a slide up 'Half Year Results 2015'. Shame it's only a SD feed. Couldn't read it.

Actually think I've found the source. Looks like it's for Imperial Tobacco announcing their half year results. Whoopee-do.

That was up yesterday on the same frequency. I also wondered the same thing.
 
Now gone. I've seen this feed appearing on other satellites over the years too.

I see the TBN UK feed has moved from 11485 H to 12572 V.

Multi-regional broadcast preparation for tonight´s highlight of the year. The country, or to be totally PC the countries, decides! Glad I´m in Spain!

Edit. Of course, one country decides, countries decide. ( English, who wants to speak that! )

Receive only in that band range maybe and it's for outside broadcasts?
 
If I´m right, feeds should go mad about 21:00 BST / 22:00 CET. If I´m wrong, someone gets a free goldfish!
 
It may have been a reverse feed for the different BBC regions for the elections? I'll see if it returns later.

Brian - that's right, they'll be a huge amount of feeds tonight! Just logged 8 ITN election feeds on 23.5E

Why on Astra 3? Normally for Dutch, Check and the odd German channel? ( and others, before I offend )
Emmerdale has finished, so can check 23.5 now!

Please advise frequency, scanning 23.5 now

Less common, but there's still occasional feeds from other countries. BT use Astra3 too. (two encrypted feeds on there now)

In 2010, election feeds appeared all across the arc, even 45E had a few feeds from a Camden polling station!

And another on 11502H - 'ITA390 Vision2'. Some sports hall for an election count.
 
And another 11490H - 'D-265 #1 diefernsehwerft'. Some dude clapping in front of the camera like a seal. The phrase end of a bell comes to mind.
