After a pause got the rusty, old 120 cm up for a quick test, to see if 28 UK was still alive here.
And indeed, much better levels than anything ever seen before. All 3 sats good 24\24.
Current levels out of the 120 exceeds\matches (afaic remember) what I long ago got from the (sold) CM 180.
Please admire the elevation fine-adjustment :O)

... and after getting the best possible 28e, on goes the high-tech 19e addon :O)
Combination of stiff cabling + the metal strip makes it quite stable.
Once bent into staying in place it works fine. Purpose before looks :O)

Regarding 28e, wrote too soon about levels, 2F gives trouble in the evening (+ bad weather on top).
That's the situation where the CM180 provided steady reception, the 120 breaking up or no signal.
2F daytime and later evenings are fine. Overall, very useable results with a 'small' dish.

Done in minutes and working. Doubling the steel strip would have made it very stable (while keeping the great looks :O)
19e is strong and forgiving, reception stays fine even if the wind moves the thing. Could never have been used on 28e, where some mm's off = most UK's lost here.

120x130 dish, as always needs mm dish adjustments. And try many lnb's to find one that gives some fraction of a dB more than others.

Daily variations is the problem. Daytime\nights ok.
With evening drop of 4 to 5 dB:
2E, doing well.
2G, just ok, SD + friendly FEC, HD's (BBC News) difficult.
2F, more or less gone for 4-5 hours. With rain even longer.

If everything goes HD, 2G & 2F will be difficult. Am thinking 10 cm more dish could help.
Overall very happy with what I manage to get.

Here in Sweden I have two dishes, one 1.2m 28E and one 1m 15W. Some days one or the other will receive nothing, even if the sky is clear. No discoverable reason. On 28E I was only getting One BBC HD channel with an Inverto lnb but now I have several BBC HD channels using a Diavalo twin,the in line model not the side by side that seems to be shipping lately .
 
With my CM 1,8 m the signals have been very "kind" the last six months.

Not much difference between 2E/F/G but there are some transponders which are weaker: 11023 H and 12129 V. Since 11023 H is the only UK beam TP in use on 2G it's not a problem.
The strongest are 10818 V, 10847 V, 10936 V on 2E and 11306 H/V, 11344 H/V on 2F. They all come in at 12-13,5 dB 24/7.
The weakest by far used to be 11053 H on 2G which was used by ITV but luckily they moved to 11386 H/V instead.
 
What LNB do you use?
Currently a minimalistic Maximum single, seems to give 'superb' results, that's 0.2 dB more than some others :O)

My impressions, unless lnb defective I see only minimal differences, 0,2 to maybe 1 dB, and some lnb's may be better than others at specific freq,. or one 'likes' a particular dish. Got a basket full, MTU, Inverto, Triax, Maximum & more.

With the uk beam, at the difficult hours of the day, any milligrams of a dB counts so it's always been a matter of testing a bunch then setling for what seems to perform best. F.ex. Inverto black ultras have never been the final choice here on any 'too small' dish + fringe reception.
