Can anyone confirm 3997R 3100 Tele Mauritius? Source: dxtv.de. 24/7 regular or feed only? Difficult satellite (Rascom) here, but Mauritius would be new sat-country. Nothing here now but is it worth to observe..?
 
3997 R is a daily horses races feed from Mauritius to Africa, no regular programs yet .

(off at the moment)

3969 RHC. SR:1667. 3/4. QPSK now showing "AFRIQUEMEDIA1" . Clear. On FlySat as 3971R.
Freq 3971R is now showing as "AFM1 MALABO". SR:1667. 3/4. QPSK, clear. Looks like a feed.

thanks CJ have been busy decorating outside of bungalow ready for the winter also changing the garden to a tropical feel instead of cottage garden.
 
I couldn't find any dedicated C-band thread for this satellite so I am posting it here...

There's a StarTimes Mozambique TV package occupying two transponders (4.062 LH & 4.099 LH, both SR 33900) on this satellite, recently a couple of FTA regional TVM channels appeared here. The package is in MultiStream/T2-MI mode.

The C-Band feeds per satellite are normally in the C-Band section of the forum.

Folks, does anyone know what this would be?! It's a Continous stream, quite unusual to get PMT/PAT list for it...

There are many generic stream transponders in orbit with media content. In fact, there are feeds that use this type of modulation, which are encapsulated. That's why they can't watch in the usual way by amateurs. There is still no application able to open this sort of stream. There are only attempts, but without complete success.
