IMHO these feeds are on Arabsat-5A @ 30.5° East

Arabsat-5A: 10700...10950 H/V and 12500...12750 H/V.
Eutelsat 31A: 10950...11200 H/V, 11450...11700 H/V and 12500...12750 V.
So all reports in this thread are Eutelsat 31A.
Only feeds above 12500 V may cause some confusion.
