I think your equipment is getting mixed up here! The signal on 12521V is actually a data signal coming from next door on Hispasat. Not sure why it's IDing as Cherifla TV on your scan!

Like i said, your equipment has mixed something up somewhere! 12521V SR 2065 is definately coming from 30W! With my dish pointed at 31.5W i get 4.6dB, struggling to hold lock, pointed at 30W i get 14.3dB. Also it appears to be just a data signal, tried with TSReader & 4T2 content analyser, but no TV channel is present. Can anyone else check this one for us?

I didn't test it by myself right now at 31.5°W, but This can happent , this is a bug, you scan a channel and then , sometimes if you scan a data transponder after this , it keep the pids and show the previous channel .
I hope you understand what I try to explain....
Right click and rescan the pids with ebs.

Can you check the thread I started ? I am wondering if you can get the feeds on 30w at all from Cyprus?
Or maybe you can tell me how is your signal level with 11510v 10000 which is a weak transponder..
