32-bit apps dropped completely - iOS11

Since 32 bit apps have been dropped completely by Apple I now need to find an app to replace one called net master.

I used the app to scan my internal lan connection to find the IP address and also for w.o.l. Also I used the Subnet calculator function.

This app no longer works with iOS 11 so I need to find a new one that does the same job as net-master.

Can anyone recommend a good network app for iOS (must be 64 bit)
 
Could you buy a second hand ipad that cannot work beyond iOS 10?
