There are many people on eBay offering 3D printing services such as:
I have not used them but has to be worth getting a quote using the file zorrin kindly shared. I think ABS is the correct material.

The problem with ABS is the shrinkage of the material, a material with fiberglass inside will be better I think.

 
There is my version of the adapter. It allows fine-tuning (closer/further from the dish) the position of the LNB/feedhorn, it has ~45 mm freedom of movement.

Interesting, you would be the right person to ask if you have identified an issue with the 1.2/1.8m focal point and feed as per the original specifications from Channel Master.
