Looks like the old technology, something from the earlier 2000s, and those glasses look like those that were used with nVidia graphics cards...

And it's NTSC, completely useless here, and is for CRT only, co definitely a waste of money...

That made me laugh. Way back in the 70's, when I was repairing TV's I was told that NTSC stood for 'Never Twice Same Colour'.
