3Sat transmits AC3 as well as mpga. The sound is much better when connected to the hifi.

I have bought a new portable usb sound card because there are no PCI slots free on the computer. Just tested it out on Stevie Nicks and it sounds good. :)
 
Missed Stevie as I had to re-supply the larder, but SWMBO loved it.

Saw most of the Bee Gees (and I have no shame in confessing to find them really rather brilliant - it wouldn't have been cool to admit that in my youth, but quite frankly I don't give a stuff now!)

Robin doing "Musical Joke" was very moving.

Listening to Quo (MBE) right now!
 
And for any UK punters looking in afresh, a reminder that all times at Post #1 are CET, so lop and hour off the timetable and you won't be cursing me (too much).
