The serials-2000 project ended last year. The s2k team's bi-monthly schedule of updates to their database of serial-numbers was taken over by the DTGroup (DTG), but they too produced their last s2k update last month.
Now DTG have produced a new program and a new database (presumably initially based on the old one) and promised a continuing bi-monthly update in the new format.
Get the program and database here:

To receive the updates you'll need to register, but no doubt they'll be posted somewhere too. And you can often find this kind of stuff on p2p networks (kazaa etc.)
