40.7N - 14.5E
Astra 1F to about 44°E, three are active carrier .... 11292 V 8000 3/4, 11392 H 8000 3/4 and 12099 H 8000 3/4...

A mess-up again at Norad!
In the graph, it shows they lost track of Astra 1F since 11 Feb for 2 weeks, when the westward movement must have started.
And since yesterday, probably confusing Astra 1F with Yamal 402!

I can not use the Laminas right now (awaiting capacitors for the Dr.HD F16 PSU), but can receive these three strong transponders with the 45°E LNB of the T-55 !
Nothing at all with the 42°E LNB, so indeed Astra 1F will be located at about 44°E, and not on Astra's testing location 43.5°E.
 
The NIT descriptor says Arabsat ;)

Elco's for F16 PSU arrived and soldered, so can use the Laminas again, signals seem to come from 44.5°E.

No rain today, so 11292V 15.8dB, 11391H 16.0dB and 12092V 6.8dB.
 
No info on the Astra site apart from the fact that the satellite exists http://www.ses.com/fleet-coverage
