Are you receiving 11175V? I've pretty much lost it as I get about 1dB on it - nothing more.
11135V is completely gone here. Can't see 11054H either. Central Asia beam?
Edit: purely out of interest, I phoned Sky C and they told me that everything should be back tomorrow. Apparently, they are having "technical issues"....hmmm....

Exactly the same line-up here.
I checked late last night.
11054 H 30000 5/6 was active with about 10 SD Turkish channels. No signal now.
11135 V was active, albeit slightly weaker, with the two TRT channels hvdh mentioned. No signal now.
11175 V was hovering at around 4.3db, and still is now. Not enough signal for a lock.
I also note that a new continuous ACM signal has started at 11066 V 2370 3/4 in DVB-S2.

All of these were stronger earlier. BUT cannot say any real fact because here was quite storm few days ago and it might made little harm for my dish, maybe?
Armenian channels now also on 60E. 11622V 8527 (BISS) strong signal 17.5 dB. Flysat says that another Armenian/Gerorgian what ever freq 11675V 30000 using same spot 1. Maybe it use, maybe not but this freq only about 3 dB here and even that strenght I think thanks to FEC (1/2). No chance to lock now.

Just spoke to someone "on the inside" and they said that the technical issues are down to some to a single person screwing something up during maintenance. Duh...

Just checked this on the 1.2 and both 11135V and 11175V are decent enough signals.
Edited to add that 11002 was indeed a feed, BISS encrypted and IDing as Service 2, it dropped out while I was blindscanning. 11005V 2222 is still active, 'TANDBERG' a political rally in Turkey.

Yeah, looks like they are all back now. Some channels on Sky Caucasus are FTA at the moment. Reception seems flaky.
